Crust Bros and Cavita team up to celebrate Cinco de Mayo

Crust Bros is back with another limited-edition drop and this time it’s bringing something a little unexpected to the table. Teaming up with modern Mexican favourite Cavita, the Neapolitan pizza group has created a bold new special just in time for Cinco de Mayo.

At the centre of the collaboration is the Birria Pizza, a rich and flavour-packed take on the classic base. Built on Crust Bros’ freshly made dough, it’s layered with slow-cooked birria gravy, tender meat, smoked mozzarella and parmesan. It’s then lifted with a fresh pineapple pico de gallo, avocado salsa and a hit of habanero, with a side of birria dipping sauce for the crusts.

The idea comes from Cavita’s produce-led approach to Mexican cooking, led by founder Adriana Cavita, whose food is known for blending traditional roots with a more modern style. That influence carries through here, bringing a different depth to Crust Bros’ signature Neapolitan pizzas.

At its core, the collaboration is about shared values. Both kitchens are known for focusing on quality ingredients and bold flavour, creating a pizza that is unique.

The Birria Pizza will be available at all Crust Bros locations from 28 April for a limited time, priced at £17.20.
