When we hear that creative donut company Crosstown have launched a clever new flavour, it always results in us excitedly drooling at the news. The latest lip-smacking summer edition includes watermelon and strawberry. Wait…what? In a donut?
Yep, you heard correctly. A perfect sweet treat for those summer days, with a light and fluffy ricotta cake dough, filled with a sweet homemade strawberry compote, topped with a fresh and fruity watermelon glaze, and a sprinkling of crunchy pistachio nibs.
This mind-bendingly good creation is available at all Crosstown locations for £4.75 each.
