East London's most colourful summer menu has arrived at nhow London

nhow London is embracing the flavours of the season with the launch of its vibrant new Summer Bowls menu, available from June to September. Designed to celebrate fresh ingredients, bold colours and feel-good dining, the limited-time menu introduces a collection of breakfast, lunch and dessert bowls alongside a selection of seasonal cocktails.

Reflecting the hotel's playful and creative personality, the menu offers a fresh take on all-day dining. Breakfast favourites include the Golden Mango Glow Bowl, featuring creamy mango yoghurt, chia seeds, bee pollen, raspberries and toasted coconut, while the Blue Mood Bowl combines spirulina yoghurt with blueberries, banana and toasted pecans. For those seeking something savoury, The Full English Remix gives Britain's best-loved breakfast a colourful new twist.

At lunchtime, tropical flavours take centre stage. The Island Heat Punch Bowl is available with either prawns or chicken and combines avocado, cucumber and poke-inspired ingredients for a refreshing summer dish. Plant-based diners can opt for the Coconut Crunch Tofu Bowl, which pairs crispy tofu with coconut-lime sticky rice, toasted sesame and fresh coriander.

For dessert, the Chocoholic Indulgence Pot layers rich chocolate mousse, brownie and nuts in an edible pot, while the vegan-friendly Berry Bare Bliss celebrates seasonal berries topped with whipped vegan cream.

Complementing the food menu is a selection of summer cocktails, including the Patrón Golden Hour Old Fashioned, Malibu Coastal Crush, Urban Garden Gin Smash and Carioca Sunset Caipirinha.

The new menu is served within nhow London's characterful surroundings, where quirky design features include a Big Ben rocket installation, graffiti-style portraits of British monarchs and colourful nods to London's cultural heritage. Whether stopping by for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or an overnight stay, the Summer Bowls menu offers a bright and flavour-packed way to enjoy the season in East London.
