The Equanimity Festival in King's Cross - running from 6th January to 31st March

King’s Cross is inviting Londoners to step into 2026 feeling calmer, clearer and more balanced than ever before. From 6 January to 31 March, the neighbourhood will transform into a sanctuary of wellbeing with the launch of its brand-new wellness celebration: The Equanimity Festival.


Designed as a whole-body reset for modern city life, Equanimity is all about slowing down, tuning in and giving yourself the space to properly recharge. Across three restorative months, the festival will host a carefully curated programme of workshops, classes and immersive retreats, each created to nurture the mind, energise the body and restore the soul. Whether you’re looking to build healthier habits, explore new wellness practices or simply carve out moments of calm in a busy schedule, Equanimity offers something for everyone.

Adding to the sense of escape, the festival also welcomes back the Slomo pop-up from Rob and Josie da Bank. Which includes two wood-fired saunas, two cold plunge pools and its signature six-person ice bath in collaboration with Urban Ice Tribe, the ultimate Scandinavian-inspired reset.


Look out for the somatic breathwork sessions, decompression sessions with Self Space, yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing sessions led by expert practitioners including: Adam Husler, Rose Wild, Laura Gate-Eastley, Jean Hall, Tania Brown,David Kam, Movement with Jenny, Maude Hirst, Anna Brooke and Tim Wheater.

St Christopher’s Place is a charming pedestrianised street located just off Oxford Street in the heart of London. It offers a mix of restaurants, cafes, an art gallery, and independent and high-street shops. Only a short 2-minute stroll from Bond Street station, the colourful streets of this charming area are littered with an array of alfresco dining spots, where you can relax and recharge.


Throughout the year St Christopher’s Place hosts special events where you can enjoy live music performances and seasonal celebrations, so keep an eye out and don’t forget to rally a few of your loved ones for a special day out.

Mulberry


The Mulberry store in St Christopher’s Place offers a selection of their iconic bags, as well as leather accessories. Their signature design approach playfully interprets British heritage for modern lifestyles through their bags, accessories, and jewellery. It’s a great place to explore their latest collections and to treat yourself to a slice of luxury.


L’Occitane


Step inside to find luxury and award-winning face, hair, bath and body products made from natural ingredients sourced from Provence and across the Mediterranean. You can book a mini facial and have products picked and tailored for your skin, it’s a great way to try and test the products and have an expert on hand to assist with your skincare and beauty needs!


Rituals

Where to Eat


St Christopher’s Place is home to a variety of restaurants and eateries, offering a range of cuisines to suit different tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for Italian, French, Asian, or British cuisine, you’ll find something to satisfy your palate. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere while enjoying your meal and drinks.


Flat Iron


Known for their signature ‘Flat Iron’ steaks, which are taken from the often-underused feather blade of the animal that has exceptional flavour and tenderness. Flat Iron is all about offering a minimal yet exceptional menu of ‘Flat Iron’ steaks and delicious sides. Look out for the specials board which features some amazing off-menu cuts such as the flavoursome and tender Wagyu steak.


Before leaving you will be given a small silver steak knife token to exchange for a free ice cream, on your way out. The perfect way to end your meal as you leave the restaurant.


Isola San Carlo


Isola by San Carlo Italian Brasserie and bar offers an inviting lunch and dinner menu. Dishes include Burrata al Pomodoro, Filetto al Barolo, Gamberoni Sicilia and Aragosta Grigliata. Dine inside or soak up the buzz of St Christopher’s place outside while you sit back, relax and tuck into some incredible Italian dishes.


Visit James Street to find an array of restaurants, offering cuisines from all over the world, restaurants include Ping Pong, Bone Daddies, Homeslice, Slim Chickens and Patty&Bun. This place really is a hidden gem!
