Much loved Asian Restaurant HUŎ to open second site in Belsize Village this summer
HUŎ Chelsea’s much loved Asian restaurant will be opening its second site this July. Bringing their fresh and healthy Asian food to Belsize Village. Head Chef Yam Gurung has curated a menu which features dishes from around China and Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on using quality ingredients, all cooked from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malaysian and Singaporean recipes.
All dishes are ideal for sharing, with standout dishes including Handmade Dim Sum, Szechuan Chilli Prawns, and Spice Minced Pork with Green Beans. The menu has many options for all tastes, including seafood, carnivorous classics, refreshing salads and a variety of side dishes.

Wishing to provide the best dining experience possible, founders Graham Rebak and Adam Wilkie have collaborated with Jonathan Clark Architects, in order to create a space that is comfortable, classy and intimate. The defining feature of the space is a whitewashed wood lattice structure that encloses the walls and ceiling.
The restaurant is very spacious, and benefits from a lot of natural light. In addition to the main dining room, and the outside terrace. Their signature Asian inspired cocktails include lychee martinis and Asian negronis, and they have a selection of Japanese whiskies, sake’s and on-tap beers. Finally, a private room is also available for hire, with its own bar, making HUO restaurant convenient for all occasions, and culinary tastes.
