KRAFT Dalston, is hosting pop-up collaboration between Re-considered and Revive

Calling all London-based conscious fashionistas! This coming Sunday the 28th of August, Dalston’s newest venue, KRAFT Dalston, is hosting pop-up collaboration between Re-considered and Revive, with a focus on ethical, sustainable and upcycled fashion. Running from 12 noon until 6pm, the day will include a fab line-up of workshops and round-table discussions, as well as a pop-up exhibition featuring unique upcycled pieces for sale, created by the two amazing ladies behind two circular fashion brands – Re-considered and Revive.

Dreamt up during the COVID lockdowns by founder Tabby Bunyan, Re-considered offers a service reworking pre-loved clothes, to give them a whole new look and feel. The label also has a gorgeous ready-to-wear upcycled collection available online. Revive was founded by Teresa Carmona, who designs beautiful upcycled collections featuring her unique embroidery inspired by her Chilean roots. She also offers a service reviving pieces sent in by her clients. Together the two women sourced unique vintage towels from second hand stores and markets. Tabby then turned them into cute boxy shirts, and Teresa added her hand embroidery bringing a touch of one-off magic to each piece.

Interested in learning how to upcycle your own clothes? The Embroidery Workshop will be held from 1pm-3pm, while Rework Your Wardrobe workshop will take place from 3pm-5pm, followed by a panel discussion at 5pm with Tabby, Tamara and the founder of comhla – a new site dedicated to bringing together brands and businesses to help consumers create and curate more sustainable wardrobes. Independent brands German Kraft Beer, Jim and Tonic Distillery and Seoul in a Bottle join forces to offer Modern Korean cuisine, tank-fresh craft beer and sustainable urban gin distilling all under one roof.
