Visitors are invited to step inside the colourful world of Frood, discover the brand's deliciously simple approach to healthy cooking, and meet Frida herself, a Swedish-born mother of five, food enthusiast and trusted voice in family life and wellbeing.

Born from Frida's own kitchen tricks, time-saving hacks and much-loved family favourites, Frood was created to take the stress out of healthy home cooking without sacrificing flavour. The range features four whole-food cooking blends that make it easy to whip up tasty, nourishing meals in minutes. There are four cooking blends to discover; Swedish Meatballs, Bella Bolognese, Golden Curry and Mexi Fiesta. Each blend combines gently dried fruits and vegetables, grains, seeds, plant proteins, and other

wholesome ingredients. Cutting out all the prep, you simply cook with your choice of protein, to make a nourishing meal in just 20 minutes.
