Eating the right food and drink to support your gut health

As we age, we need to pay a lot more attention to our body and how we feel. We may all be short on time but looking after our gut is important to avoid bloating, gas, constipation and inflammation.

Exercise, sleeping better, managing stress, staying hydrated, eating more fibre and including prebiotics and probiotics in your diet are all ways to help support your gut health.

Not sure where to start when it comes to eating food and drinks packed with probiotics or gut-improving powders to carry with you on the go? We have listed some of our favourites below.

Vadasz pickles and ferments

Vadasz has a range of delicious and gut-friendly condiments, perfect to add to noodles, salads, poke bowls or to simply eat on its own.

The Vadasz condiments are made with a traditional fermentation process, keeping contents unpasteurised and retaining their crunchiness and fresh flavour. Containing probiotics which are beneficial to the gut and not found in many existing products that are pasteurised using vinegar.
